Hi there! I’m Melissa Boufounos AKA The OCR Nutrition Coach.

I have been an OCR athlete since 2013 and I am a 2016 OCR World Championships finisher. As a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, I help OCR athletes recover faster and perform better. I was recently named one of Canada's 2018 Top 100 Health Influencers by OptiMYz Magazine. 

It is my mission to provide you with sports nutrition information specific to OCR and to empower you to build the essential skills you need to sustain a lean and strong body, athletic performance and good health for life.
